Biography:

Xuan He joined the SPLASH!® Milk Science Update team in 2022 as a Graphic Art Contributor. Xuan is a research scientist in the Slupsky Lab at UC Davis. Her research areas include infant nutrition, metabolomics, and gut microbiota. Xuan is also a freelance graphic designer with a passion for improving the impact and influence of dairy science more broadly in society.
