Biography:

Hans Peter Soerensen joined the IMGC Steering Committee in 2026. Hans is a biochemist and R&D leader specializing in protein biochemistry, ingredient processing, functionality and composition, enzyme technology, and precision fermentation. As Director at Arla Foods Ingredients, he oversees all research and new product development within milk- and whey-based ingredients. He experience in leading teams to develop advanced protein solutions for human nutrition spans more than a decade. Earlier in his career, he held academic, and industry roles focused on protease characterization, protein purification, and biotechnology innovation.
