The Annual Symposium is our flagship conference that features scientific research related to lactation, and milk science for health. The Symposium is instrumental in building a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, pre-competitive platform for scientific discoveries of the structures, functions, actions, and benefits of lactation and milk and to facilitate the translation of that knowledge into practice for health.
The symposium location alternates between UC Davis and a different location worldwide and facilitates collaboration among scientists and innovators to accelerate scientific advancements and identify actionable opportunities.
The target audience is scientists and innovators from academic, industry, non-profit, and government environments, as well as all others active in the area of lactation, milk, and dairy. The Symposium targets hundreds of registrants from all over the world to foster cross-cutting discussion and collaboration.
